There is no one amount of study time that guarantees a student will pass the PHR/SPHR/APHR Certification Exam. Factors such as work, school, childcare, and health will determine how much time a student can devote to studying for the PHR/SPHR/APHR--and when they can study.

The average BenchPrepHR student begins studying 3-4 months before their exam date. Our live webinar series fits this schedule. Many students spend more or less time studying, and webinar recordings are available for students on an atypical schedule.
