How do I request a refund?

Standard refund policy
If you're not satisfied with your course, you can receive a full refund within seven days of your purchase. To request a refund, email your request to [email protected]. Please include the email address you use to log in to your BenchPrep account so our Support Team can ensure the right user receives the refund. 


Please be aware that our standard refund policy has been modified to accommodate the discontinuation of BenchPrep products. For more detailed information, click here. 


Please review the following refund criteria:

Customers who purchased our aPHR product directly from BenchPrep

  • Standard refund policy applies

Customers who purchased PHR or SPHR product directly from Benchprep

  • If purchased before 12/1/2023 the standard refund policy applies. 
  • If purchased between 12/2/2023 - 1/5/2024, refunds will be issued if requested by 01/12/2024.
  • If purchased after 1/5/2024 standard refund policy applies. 


Lastly, please keep in mind BenchPrep can only process refunds for a direct purchase 
on our platform. If you purchased a BenchPrepHR product from HRCI, please contact HRCI directly.
