How do I request a refund?

If you're not satisfied with your course, you can receive a full refund within seven days of your purchase.

If you would like a refund, email your request to support@benchprep.com. Please include the email address you use to log in to your BenchPrep account so our Support Team can ensure the right user receives the refund.

Lastly, please keep in mind BenchPrep can only process refunds for a direct purchase on our platform. For an example, if you purchased our material from HRCI, please contact HRCI directly.
