How do I reset my product?

To reset your product, please follow these instructions:

Practice Exams or Sample Tests

1. From the User Portal, click on "Go to Product" for the product you would like to reset.

2. Click on "Reset Test."

3. Click on "Confirm Reset" to reset your product. Wait until your product has completely synced before starting another session.

For Question Packs:

1. From the User Portal, click on "Go to Product" for the product you would like to reset.

2. Click on "Reset All Questions."

3. Click on "Confirm Reset" to reset your product. Wait until your product has completely synced before starting another session.
