What can I not do with an SSO user?

 When reviewing a user who uses SSO to get into the platform please do not:

  • extend access
  • deactivate their account
  • change their password
  • change their name
  • change their institution

If a user is edited through the Tenant Dashboard it will ruin their access.

The Tenant Dashboard should only be used for reading.
