1. Go to the Users tab in Tenant Admin.
2. Click on the user you need information for.
3. Scroll down to the Enrollments section to see the Products the user has access to.
Product Title: gives you the name of the product.
Product ID: gives you the ID of the product in BenchPrep's platform.
State: can either be "active" or "inactive." If the state is active then the product has been activated and the user can use this product. If the state is inactive then the user cannot use the product yet.
Expiration Date: gives you the date that the product will no longer be available for the user.
