When I tried to redeem my Groupon voucher, I received an error message that my code had already been used. What should I do?

It’s possible that you’ve already redeemed your voucher. Here’s how to check:

1. Log in to your BenchPrep account.

2. In the upper right-hand corner of the site, you should see a person icon. Click on this icon and see if the name of your course is included in the drop-down list. If you have more than one course, a "My Courses" link will appear in the header; check this instead. 

3. If you can click on the name of your course, you already have access and don’t need to redeem your voucher.

If you go through these steps and cannot access your course, contact and provide your voucher and account’s email address.
