What response times can we expect from BenchPrep for Peterson's Test Prep Support Center tickets?

Response times depend on the priority level of your ticket. Below is each priority level, the response times for tickets in that level, and how you should contact BenchPrep during and after business hours: 

Priority 1: Major issue affecting majority of users (ex. Website is down)

During business hours: Submit a ticket through the Support Center; BP will respond within 15 minutes

After hours: Please call 312-650-5308

Priority 2: Minor issue affecting majority of users (ex. Historical Reports section does not load) 

During business hours: Submit a ticket; BP will respond within 1 hour

After hours: Please call 312-650-5308

Priority 3/4: Issue affecting an individual user or a feature question (ex. User's progress did not sync or "How are Strengths & Weaknesses calculated?")

During business hours: Submit a ticket; BP will respond within 24 hours

After hours: Submit a ticket
