1. Make sure you're using the Web App.

2. Under practice questions and lessons, there is a small, grey “Report Content Errors” link. Click the link to pull up an error reporting form.

3. Fill out the form, including the type of error you’ve found, and any additional details we should know.

4. Click the “Send Report” button. The report won’t be displayed inside the course, but will be sent directly to the Content Team at BenchPrep.
