The BenchPrep HR Learning System is designed to prepare students for the PHR, SPHR, or aPHR certification exams administered by HRCI, which is no longer part of SHRM. 

BenchPrepHR includes instructional content relevant to all HR professionals, but is not designed specifically to help SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP candidates with those exams. Because of this, we can't guarantee that our program will be relevant to SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP candidates or that using BenchPrepHR will help them pass their exams.
