I downloaded a presentation included with my course, but the file is unreadable. What should I do?

1. Make sure that you've downloaded the file as a .pptx file. Some browsers or computers will not do this automatically. 

2. Make sure that you're opening the file in Microsoft PowerPoint or Keynote. 

3. Make sure you're running the latest version of your browser, and that your browser meets our system requirements. If the problem continues, please contact us and include the name of the presentation you're trying to download as well as the browser and version you're currently using. We will reach out as soon as possible!
