What response times can we expect from BenchPrep for C2 Education Support Center tickets?

Response times depend on the priority level of your ticket. Below is each priority level, the response times for tickets in that level, and how you should contact BenchPrep during and after business hours: 

 

Priority 1: Major issue affecting majority of users (ex. Website is down)

Submit a ticket through the Support Center; BP will respond within 15 minutes

 

 

Priority 2: Minor issue affecting majority of users.

Submit a ticket; BP will respond within 1 hour

 

 

Priority 3/4: Issue affecting an individual user or a feature question (ex. User's progress did not sync)

Submit a ticket; BP will respond within 24 hours
