I paused my test, and the app won't allow me to resume it. What should I do?

Tell the user to follow these steps: 

1. First, go through typical troubleshooting protocol- restart the browser, refresh the page, press the back button, etc.

2. If none of that solves the issue, click on the person icon in the upper-right-hand corner.

3. Select “Help” from the drop-down list, and click the link provided under “A portion of my course is not loading, what should I do?”
