ArchiPrep rejected my CSV. Why?

Tell the user to follow these steps:

 

1. Make sure that the your CSV follows all of the guidelines shown in the Institution Admin dashboard--passwords should be eight or more characters, have no special characters or extra spaces in any cell, you should be using the first three columns, and the email, name, and password headings should all be written in lowercase letters.

 

2. Make sure you saved the file as a CSV and not an XLS/X or spreadsheet file.

When you attempt to save a spreadsheet as a CSV, the following message will pop up. Ignore it and continue- it will not affect your spreadsheet.
