1. In the Tenant Dashboard, find the user you'd like to edit and click into their profile.
2. On their profile page, hover over the license ID below their main account information. When you do so, an "Extend" link will appear. Click on this link to continue.
3. On the next page, click on the date shown in the text field. This will pull up a calendar from which you can pick a new expiration date for the user's license.
4. Click on the "Save" button to finalize the extension. The license should appear as "active" on the user's profile now.
