You will have access to BenchPrepHR for twelve months following the date of your purchase (or, if you purchased BenchPrepHR in a bundle while registering for your exam on HRCI's site, the date you redeem your voucher on benchprephr.com). 

In the event that you do not pass the exam within those twelve months, or if you are unable to sit for the exam during this time, you are entitled to a free access extension. Create a ticket here and a member of the Support Team will extend your access within 48 hours.
